The owners of this home, who have embraced it’s unique original architectural features, engaged Carrie to undertake a sympathetic cosmetic refresh. The home, built in 1935, has strong influences taken from traditional English style with it’s dark stained timber with pie crust edges and leadlight detail to intricate Art Deco designs in it’s lighting, ceilings, door hardware and switches.

The decor has been refreshed with a new colour scheme, starting with a green for the walls and exposing the timber floors and with the addition of rugs, soft furnishings and artwork.
